Oil-free Hummus
- 2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- Juice of two lemons
- 5 tablespoons vegetable broth
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions:
1. Add everything besides the vegetable broth to a food processor and blend, drizzling in the vegetable broth while it blends until smooth (about 3 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
